Request to withdraw

Without prejudice to other legally provided means for exercising the right of withdrawal, the User may exercise this right via the enabled electronic function identified as "Withdraw from the contract here" or an equivalent label.
Once the information necessary to identify the relevant order or contract has been entered, the User may confirm the request using the procedure provided for this purpose.

Upon receipt of the request, the Data Controller shall send the User, without undue delay, an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium confirming the submission of the withdrawal declaration, indicating the date and time of receipt.

Use of this feature constitutes an additional method for exercising the right of withdrawal and does not limit the possibility of using any other legally permitted means.
