Wine made from Pedro Ximénez grapes raisined until they lose 50% of their weight. The juice is extracted from these raisins, the fermentation process is allowed to begin slightly and alcohol is added to maintain all the natural sugars. It is aged in American oak casks, using the traditional Jerez system of Soleras and Criaderas.

  • Taste: Sweet, very mellow and velvety, full-bodied, with a predominance of raisin flavor. Balanced, not at all cloying. Good persistence with notes of coffee and chocolate with a final touch of nuts.
