First it ages under Velo de Flor until a Fino wine is obtained. Then the biological aging finishes, the velo de flor dies and the oxidative aging period begins. Both types of aging are carried out in old American oak casks using the traditional Jerez system of Soleras and Criaderas.

  • Appearance: Bright.
  • Color: Amber.
  • Nose: Slightly sharp with hints of yeast from the biological aging. It also presents notes of almond, hazelnut and wood.
  • Taste: Medium Bodied,  very dry but soft, with notes of hazelnuts and wood. With great intensity and persistence, remaining notes of nuts and wood.
